Initial Research
Engagement data highlighted areas of interest for content development purposes. This data, paired with interviews, supported the product marketing strategy.
After gathering enough data, I designed the site's navigation and page structure using site map diagrams and wireframes.
I used the site map and wireframes to create an effective information architecture that delivers the right information to the user at the right moment. These artifacts were crucial for gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
