OBJECTIVE

Design a web experience for Capitolis that speaks to fractional reserve institutions. More importantly, we aimed to highlight their service offerings that reflect the needs of specified buyer profiles in the financial sector.

We examined competitor websites to identify successful strategies in the market and to pinpoint opportunities to showcase Capitolis' competitive advantages. Additionally, we conducted interviews with current clients to gain valuable insights into their needs, preferences, and expectations. This enabled us to comprehend their perspective and develop a user experience that would appeal to our target audience.

Engagement data highlighted areas of interest for content development purposes. This data, paired with interviews, supported the product marketing strategy. 

After gathering enough data, I designed the site's navigation and page structure using site map diagrams and wireframes.

I used the site map and wireframes to create an effective information architecture that delivers the right information to the user at the right moment. These artifacts were crucial for gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
